Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States — in office. Full-time, 12-month commitment starting in May or June; travel requirement is 0–10% depending on the assignment.

What you will do
- Apply surveying, GIS, geomatics, and field-workflow knowledge to guide product development and define intuitive user experiences.
- Test geospatial office software and hardware integrations using GNSS receivers, total stations, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment.
- Design test cases, execute exploratory testing, and develop automated testing frameworks that simulate real-world user operations.
- Lead or support feature and enhancement projects across hardware, cloud, desktop, and field platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, customers, beta users, and remote and in-person teams.
- Track test results, gather product insights, and support release quality and market-readiness decisions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or studying in land surveying, geomatics engineering, civil engineering, photogrammetry, remote sensing, mining, construction, or a related field.
- Understanding of field survey practices, office workflows, and surveying terminology.
- Computer skills including test design, databases, Excel, and networking principles.
- Strong written and verbal technical communication, organization, time management, collaboration, and initiative.
- Full-time availability for a 12-month commitment beginning in May or June.
- Ability to work in the Westminster, Colorado office.
Nice to have
- Practical surveying experience and familiarity with hardware, Access, or Business Center.
- C# programming and automated testing framework experience.
- Experience with GIS platforms such as Esri products, ArcGIS, or spatial databases.
- Experience with deep learning, large language models, or other AI techniques and tools.
- Experience troubleshooting technical hardware or software tools.
