OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead (OutSystems): Designing and overseeing enterprise-grade OutSystems applications and integrations in an on-site Riyadh role with an accent on scalable architecture, security, and delivery quality. Focus on leading developers, architecting REST/SOAP and enterprise-platform integrations, optimizing performance, and resolving critical production issues.

What you will do
- Lead and mentor OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development standards.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Reactive Web and Mobile applications using OutSystems 4-Layer Architecture principles.
- Architect integrations with external systems, databases, REST/SOAP APIs, Creatio CRM, and .NET backends.
- Oversee technical delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD deployments through OutSystems Service Studio and LifeTime.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and estimates with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers.
- Resolve technical blockers, performance bottlenecks, production issues, and security risks across environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years building enterprise applications with OutSystems.
- Experience leading technical teams or working as a Tech Lead or Architect in an Agile environment.
- Expertise in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, LifeTime, architecture patterns, refactoring, and database modeling.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle, stored procedures, optimization, and .NET/C# custom extensions.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Jira, Confluence, troubleshooting, security controls, data encryption, and OWASP Top 10 mitigation.
