Visual Designer (Generative AI)

Location: On-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages, and social posts.
• Generate consistent character sets, cinematic stills, and short video examples using AI tools.
• Write, refine, and document prompts so generated results can be reproduced.
• Adapt visual assets to blog and social formats, including 16:9, 4:5, and 9:16.
• Collaborate with the content team on visual direction before content production begins.
• Maintain a coherent visual language across a growing content library.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating strong taste, range, and carefully considered design work.
• Strong composition and typography skills, including designing readable banners at small sizes.
• Fluency with AI image and video generation, including prompt refinement and troubleshooting failed generations.
• Ability to work quickly and at high volume without compromising quality.
• English proficiency sufficient for setting type and identifying incorrect headlines.
• Ability to explain and justify design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for a blog, media outlet, or content-heavy product.
• Basic motion skills, including editing, grading, and titles.
• Experience using Higgsfield or a competing AI generation tool on personal projects.
