IT Support Technician Intern

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace

Company

Datadog provides a SaaS platform and operates an Enterprise IT Support function serving employees worldwide.

What you will do

• Provide customer service and technical support to employees under supervision.
• Support laptop deployment, collection, account deactivation, hardware inventory, and employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with ticketing, account management, basic troubleshooting, documentation, and SaaS-based IT workflows.
• Support conference-room and unified communications setups.
• Assist with MFA/2FA troubleshooting, endpoint enrollment through MDM tools, identity verification, and access management processes.
• Follow established procedures for basic IT security incidents and contribute to deployment and security-related projects.

Requirements

• Expected to graduate in 2027 with a degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Communications, or a related field.
• The internship must be required as part of the academic curriculum.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Good communication skills in English and French.
• Passion for technology, curiosity, problem-solving, teamwork, and helping people.
• Availability for a six-month internship beginning in February, March, April, May, or June 2027.
