Account Expert (Ecommerce)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace

Salary: From €3,000 gross per month, plus commission based on individual results.

What you will do

• Develop revenue-growth strategies with merchants across digital marketing channels.
• Onboard new clients, including contact migration, warmup guidance, and setup of campaigns and automations.
• Provide recurring strategic advice, best practices, and timely responses to client questions.
• Review customer dashboards, troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and document resolutions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, establish customer goals, and support their achievement.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve platform engagement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of account management-related experience.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics, including opens, clicks, and conversions.
• Creative customer problem-solving experience and confidence discussing business and sales topics during renewal or cancellation conversations.
• Strong communication, planning, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, HubSpot, G Suite, and ecommerce or marketing platforms.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing.
• Experience advising customers on marketing strategy.
