Proposal Writer (SOW/Professional Services): Developing accurate Statements of Work for Sales, Professional Services, and customers with an accent on commercial clarity, stakeholder coordination, and customer-facing negotiations. Focus on managing SOW approvals and tracking in Salesforce, analyzing SLA metrics, and translating technical information into clear documentation.
Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week

What you will do
- Develop Statements of Work that clearly define Professional Services deliverables and commercial terms for Sales, Services, and customers.
- Lead customer-facing SOW negotiations and coordinate the required stakeholders across Professional Services, Legal, and Finance.
- Monitor outstanding SOW items and ensure appropriate approvals for non-standard offerings.
- Maintain SOW standards, status tracking, and related records in Salesforce.com.
- Analyze data and generate reports on SLA adherence and other SOW Writer Team metrics.
- Support initiatives that streamline and scale SOW processes, workload, and shared Salesforce spaces.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account, customer service, and support experience.
- Experience translating and organizing technical information into clear written documentation.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Contact center industry experience and experience working collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; Salesforce.com experience is desirable.
- BS degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related technical or business discipline.
