Country HR Generalist

hirify.global is a global travel retail group operating through Hellenic Duty Free Shops at airports, ports, and border crossings across Greece.

What you will do

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and employment contracts.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and other relevant systems.
• Administer employee benefits, handle employee queries, and coordinate with external providers.
• Manage HR documentation, timekeeping, attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
• Support learning and development activities, training coordination, and employee participation tracking.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and respond to employee requests.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Economics.
• Basic understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and benefits administration.
• Basic understanding of the local labor context; knowledge of ERGANI is an advantage.
• Good computer literacy, organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
