AI Technical Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions for client use cases.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Drive code quality, robust architecture, documentation, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s AI Accelerators and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership context, with 10+ years of overall work experience and 3+ years of hands-on AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of software engineering practices, including source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and managed AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
• Experience with responsible AI, data privacy, ethical AI development, MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and AI workflow automation.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs, and current AI research and technologies.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills.
