Junior Product Manager (Monetization Manager)

Location: Hybrid role based in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do

• Support the design and optimization of revenue strategies while balancing player engagement and monetization.
• Identify high-impact features, game modes, and player behaviors for analysis and work with the data analytics team on recommendations.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and prepare monthly reports and product reviews tracking KPIs, revenue, and profitability.
• Run A/B tests on events, offers, and shop configurations across player segments; document results and propose improvements.
• Support forecasting, post-launch performance tracking, and initiatives to increase new and returning users.
• Help define product vision, strategy, quarterly objectives, and update scope with the Game Manager and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Associate-level experience suitable for a junior product management role.
• Ability to analyze player behavior and product performance data.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, live operations, data analysis, and economy design.
• Ability to support A/B testing, market research, KPI tracking, and monetization optimization.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Hanoi, Vietnam.
