DTX Data Analytics & Insights Manager (AI) (eCommerce analytics and AI): Leading analytics for Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce across 40 global markets with an accent on actionable insights, consumer journeys, and scalable reporting. Focus on managing analysts, optimizing site and marketing performance, strengthening Snowflake and Tableau data governance, and developing AI-enabled predictive analytics.

What you will do
- Lead 3–4 internal data analysts and external agency resources.
- Partner with Website Product & Design, Digital Content, Marketing & Category, and Consumer Insight teams to drive data-informed decisions.
- Create Tableau dashboards and automated reports for key performance indicators and senior leadership.
- Develop scalable analytical standards and ensure data practices comply with legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop the AI strategy for analytics workflows and partner with the Digital Office on AI solutions.
- Analyze site performance, consumer sentiment, marketing campaigns, product introductions, lifecycle marketing, customer segments, and content engagement.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in eCommerce analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, including optimizing Snowflake queries and joining CRM and web behavior data.
- Specific experience with Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience in a global organization and understanding of localized market data.
- Experience managing direct reports and agencies, with a record of developing team capabilities.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, Generative AI, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
