What you will do
- Support continuous improvement and cost-improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Track pharmaceutical inventory levels and monitor operational metrics across site, regional, and global operations.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, and Quality Management Systems to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Analyze the movement of people, processes, and products through the distribution center and recommend process improvements.
- Assess distribution volumes and operational impact through WMS data analysis.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Transportation, Safety, and other cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Permanently authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Students on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT generally do not meet the program requirements unless eligible for an alternative long-term status without company sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and warehouse management systems.
