Associate Manager - 1 x Immunology and 1 x Biochem

What you will do

• Supervise laboratory staff and coordinate daily operational activities for assigned work groups.
• Delegate work, provide technical training, and monitor team performance and delivery.
• Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management of laboratory employees.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety requirements, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Review laboratory metrics, identify improvement initiatives, and assess cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve CAPA, quality incidents, compliance issues, and operational or technical challenges through root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience training and mentoring staff and handling operational and people-related challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical and laboratory testing procedures and applicable regulations.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles.
• Understanding of laboratory operations, methods, study setup, and cross-functional or system dependencies.
