Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist (Quality Management)

Salary: $73,500–$116,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, cGMP, corporate quality standards, documentation, and record-retention requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis, CAPA reviews, error investigations, and risk-reduction initiatives for high-risk accounts.
• Oversee internal audits and quality performance metrics, presenting findings during management reviews.
• Develop and deploy process improvement methodologies and lead projects focused on cost, quality, efficiency, EHS, and sustainability.
• Mentor staff and provide expertise in quality training, facilitation, coaching, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the functional work.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including oversight of ISO and cGMP requirements.
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification or experience.
• Knowledge of ISO-related quality management systems and strong document-control practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, facilitation, coaching, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Practical experience with computer systems and technical tools, including Microsoft Windows and/or Mac environments.

• Experience with cGMP and/or SOC 2+ requirements.
