Adjunct Entrepreneurship, AI and Future of Work Expert (AI)

What you will do

• Review, refine, design, and validate the Entrepreneurial Leadership programme curriculum and related academic documentation.
• Assess alignment with accreditation requirements, quality assurance frameworks, global education standards, industry needs, and emerging technology trends.
• Evhirify.globalate readiness for AI-driven economic transformation and recommend AI tools, AI literacy, and digital leadership competencies for teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Review learning outcomes, graduate attributes, course sequencing, competency frameworks, assessments, experiential learning, capstone projects, and work-integrated learning.
• Benchmark the programme against leading international entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial leadership degrees and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty learning designers, industry stakeholders, and programme staff through workshops, consultations, validation sessions, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Artificial Intelligence, Business Strategy, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in academia, industry, or a combination of both in entrepreneurial leadership or related disciplines.
• Experience designing, reviewing, developing, or revising undergraduate programmes or curricula in entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems, business management, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in curriculum development, programme reviews, accreditation, academic quality assurance, learning outcomes, competency frameworks, and assessment strategies.
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship and leadership, business strategy and investment, policy and advocacy, planetary health, social innovation, innovation management, technology management, AI applications, communications and marketing, sustainability, or workforce development.
• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, stakeholder engagement, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Nice to have

• PhD or a relevant Master’s degree and experience leading curriculum transformation, accreditation reviews, or programme modernization initiatives in Rwanda or Mauritius.
• Knowledge of the EntreComp Framework, OECD Learning Compass, or UNESCO National Curriculum Frameworks.
• Experience working with startups, professional bodies, incubators, innovation hubs, or startup ecosystems.
• Regional or international professional networks in academia and the business sector in emerging economies.
