Working Student – Digital Creative Copy (Social Media)

Location: Berlin, Germany; remote work within Germany with the option to work from home, the office, or a mix of both

What you will do

• Support the development of ideas and concepts for social media content.
• Write first drafts of captions, posts, and short social formats.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, motion designers, and social media managers.
• Follow social media trends, formats, and cultural moments.
• Learn how social content is created, reviewed, and published.

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, writing, and digital creativity.
• Good command of language, tone of voice, and platform-native writing.
• Interest in different brand voices and social presences.
• Creative, curious, reliable, organized, and open to collaboration.
• Currently enrolled as a student with Werkstudent status and available 15–20 hours per week alongside studies.
• Fluent German is required.
