What you will do
- Provide technical advice to partners and clients on Dell products and select equipment based on customer requirements.
- Develop technical solutions, architectures, specifications, configurations, and commercial proposals for projects.
- Configure and deploy server and network equipment and support pilot projects.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, webinars, and product training.
- Support the Dell partner program, vendor requirements, certification activities, and testing programs.
- Monitor IT hardware trends and competitor offerings and develop counter-strategies.
Requirements
- Higher education in a technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Knowledge of client, server, network, and storage systems.
- Experience with pre-sales, technical documentation, technical specifications, and infrastructure configuration.
- Experience in a similar role at a systems integrator or distributor, with knowledge of the Uzbekistan market and major partners.
- Training and mentoring skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience with HP, Lenovo, Cisco, and other competitor products.
- Dell or competitor product certifications.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud solutions.
