Senior Native Mobile Developer (iOS & Android, Retail): Developing native mobile applications and polished high-performance UI experiences for retail clients with an accent on Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, SDK integrations, and production quality. Focus on shaping mobile architecture, solving ambiguous client problems, guiding technology decisions, and owning testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting across the full development cycle.
Location: Hybrid work in Helsinki, Amsterdam, or Lisbon, balancing office, client premises, and remote work

What you will do
- Develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android for retail clients.
- Build polished mobile UI experiences, including high-performance animations.
- Work with mobile SDKs, integrations, analytics, advertising, and attribution frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive initiatives across client organizations.
- Contribute to architecture, technical direction, discovery, concepting, and iterative delivery.
- Own testing, debugging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production quality, with occasional contributions to backend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong native iOS development experience with Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Strong native Android development experience with Kotlin and/or Java.
- Ownership of the full development cycle, from implementation through defect-free delivery.
- Experience with production app monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders to solve challenging and ambiguous problems.
- Fluent written and spoken English required for collaboration in an international environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, reactive programming, or Flutter.
- Experience distributing beta versions and publishing apps through the App Store and Google Play.
- Familiarity with backend development, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
- Interest in polished animations and collaboration with Motion Designers.
- Finnish language skills.
