What you will do
- Develop business plans and recommendations from complex data and business analysis.
- Build statistical and financial models to forecast business performance.
- Define performance metrics, compare actual results with forecasts, and identify performance gaps.
- Lead time-sensitive market research and synthesize trends into actionable next steps.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and relationships to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with business leaders on strategic planning, risk, return, and priority projects.
Requirements
- Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 4–7 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, financial modeling, statistics, market research, and data visualization.
- Experience or knowledge of Power BI, Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
