Senior IT Platform Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and evolve the SaaS strategy, application architecture, integration standards, and governance.
• Own the Okta identity platform, including SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle automation, and access governance across more than 50 applications.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, Workato, and related enterprise automation platforms.
• Administer Jamf Pro and JumpCloud, optimizing device compliance, zero-touch onboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools while aligning deployment with security, data governance, and IT policies.
• Act as the escalation point for complex MDM, identity, and SaaS issues, performing root-cause analysis and documenting operational runbooks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in SaaS administration, identity management, and systems integration.
• Hands-on Okta experience with SAML/SSO, SCIM, lifecycle rules, and access governance.
• Deep expertise with Jamf, JumpCloud, or Intune and strong knowledge of endpoint compliance and lifecycle practices.
• Experience integrating enterprise and AI-powered tools using APIs, webhooks, Workato, Slack Workflows, Google Workspace APIs, or Okta Workflows.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell and proven Tier 3 support experience in a global environment.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end and collaborate with IT Specialists and Security Engineers.

Nice to have

• Google Workspace administration at scale.
• Experience with macOS, Windows, HRIS, Slack, Asana, Notion, Jira, or ITSM platforms.
• Experience implementing AI agents, LLM-based automation, or prompt engineering in enterprise environments.
