Head of Protime Germany (Workforce Management)

Location: Dreieich, Germany; hybrid work arrangement with flexible working hours

Salary: €5,000–€7,700 gross per month, depending on experience, plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead the German team, build a high-performance culture, and develop talent.
• Define and execute the commercial strategy and business plan to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
• Develop the local go-to-market strategy and strengthen Protime's position in the German workforce management market.
• Identify growth opportunities, expand the customer portfolio, and build strategic partnerships.
• Ensure operational excellence through compliance, process optimization, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Own the German P&L, lead monthly business reviews, provide transparent reporting, and represent the organization in the German market.

Requirements

• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of the German workforce management market.
• Strong commercial capabilities with experience in business development and account management.
• At least five years of people management experience, including building and leading teams.
• People-oriented leadership style with the ability to engage, align, and develop talent.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience, plus strong skills with technology, digital tools, data, and modern business processes.
