What you will do
- Manage day-to-day HR administration for Italy, including employee records, reports, documentation, and follow-up.
- Support mandatory employment communications and submissions covering hires, terminations, contract changes, smart working agreements, and workplace accidents.
- Administer Italy-specific documentation and channels, including PEC communications, DURC requests, certificates, self-declarations, and company statements.
- Support compliance, statistical, timekeeping, employee-data, and training-fund reporting activities.
- Respond to HR administration queries from employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, escalating anomalies when needed.
- Adapt to evolving HR processes, tools, and service delivery models while contributing to operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Eligibility under Law 68/99 Art. 1 as a protected-category candidate is required.
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication abilities, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
