Kazakh and/or Russian-Speaking Multimedia Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Conceptualize, design, and produce videos, animations, interactive content, and other multimedia assets.
• Create 3D designs and animations using Cinema 4D.
• Develop static and motion visuals for social media, websites, digital advertising, email campaigns, product launches, and educational materials.
• Produce and edit promotional videos with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Use AI-based creative tools for image and video production.
• Collaborate with Content Marketing, UI/UX, and Media Production teams while maintaining brand guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Multimedia Designer or in a similar creative role.
• In-depth knowledge of Cinema 4D for 3D design and animation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality multimedia projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Fluent Kazakh or Russian and excellent written and spoken English required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or online trading.
• Knowledge of interactive content and web animations.
