Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Develop and implement media strategies across digital, social, print, broadcast, paid, earned, and owned channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated media campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and internal teams on brand-aligned media content.
• Manage media budgets and optimize investment for maximum ROI.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, advertising agencies, and other vendors; support crisis communication and reputation management when required.

Requirements

• Extensive experience across the full communications planning process.
• 3–4 years of experience planning display, search, social, and offline campaigns.
• Proven client management experience, including stakeholder presentations and expectation management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
• Current understanding of market trends and customer demographics.
