What you will do
- Receive samples and verify test request forms and sample sizes.
- Register job numbers and update order statuses in the system.
- Prepare and send service orders and pro forma invoices to clients.
- Track orders, coordinate with customers, and provide timely progress updates.
- Handle client requirements, internal order-status queries, and unclear KAM program information.
- Monitor client payment status, follow up on outstanding debt, and maintain records and summaries.
Requirements
- University degree or higher.
- Good communication and office skills.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills.
- Full-time onsite work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
