Sr Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead product development activities, including project kickoffs, work-in-progress reviews, and cost-reduction meetings.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, product development, and supply chain teams to align design intent, technical feasibility, and production requirements.
• Create and manage design specifications covering 3D geometry, materials, colors, surface finishes, etching, aesthetic details, and play features.
• Monitor prototypes and provide technical and aesthetic direction to model shops, manufacturing plants, and external vendors.
• Research emerging technologies, materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends to improve product development.
• Generate concepts and sketches for new brands, business models, play experiences, packaging, and graphic design projects.

Requirements

• Degree or technical diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in the toy or consumer products industry.
• Strong sketching, rendering, drafting, and 2D/3D design software skills.
• Strong knowledge of toy manufacturing processes and materials.
• Familiarity with AI design tools for concept generation, visualization, and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in English.
