Location: Paris, La Défense, France; hybrid work setup
Annual base salary: €63,000–€69,000, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Deploy, configure, and maintain on-site servers, network equipment, workstations, virtual machines, containers, and physical infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability and operational readiness of critical production systems.
- Manage security protocols and compliance requirements, including ETSI EN 319 401.
- Administer systems supporting the Certificate Authority and Time Stamping Authority.
- Monitor performance, resolve incidents, troubleshoot production and third-party environments, and restore affected services.
- Develop backup, monitoring, self-recovery, architecture documentation, and operational procedures in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in IT, networks, or systems, with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Debian Linux and infrastructure based on VMware, Proxmox, Nutanix, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and physical servers.
- Experience with orchestration and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Datadog.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, proactive incident prevention, reliability, and a growth mindset.
