Customer Master Data Management Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Maintain the quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of customer master data.
• Review requests against corporate rules, identify errors in global data fields, and reject, escalate, or remediate issues.
• Maintain effective internal controls for master data setup and maintenance.
• Create and update process documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with account management, commercial, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent data quality.
• Support data cleanup, process improvement initiatives, and user acceptance testing for defect resolutions and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management.
• Experience with financial systems; knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data structures and architecture.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills with the ability to make sound decisions while maintaining controls.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
