Site HR China (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Shanghai, China; on-site during business hours, with occasional travel to other company sites and occasional after-hours support.

What you will do

• Manage HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave, scheduling, and compliance documentation for the site.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll-related guidance, wellness initiatives, and site HR programs.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for site positions.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, mediate disputes, and resolve conflicts.
• Track HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, training completion, and employee satisfaction.
• Partner with site leadership and HR counterparts on local and global initiatives, safety, culture, and engagement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally including experience in a multinational or US organization.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Shanghai during business hours and provide occasional after-hours support.
