Marketing Coordinator (AI)

What you will do

• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, GEO activities, backlink research, and directory submissions for Australia, the UK, and European markets.
• Create and localise website content, blog posts, case studies, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Coordinate events across Australia and the UK/EU, including venue research, AV, catering, scalability, and cost-effective delivery.
• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels while monitoring engagement and audience trends.
• Maintain and segment CRM data and contact lists for AU, UK, US, and EU outbound and ABM campaigns.
• Support digital advertising setup, campaign monitoring, asset preparation, and reporting across platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
• Understanding of SEO and GEO principles, keyword research, and web content best practices.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft and Google Workspaces.
• Experience with Google Analytics, campaign platforms, and basic web design or CMS management.
• Strong organisation, self-direction, written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Legal authorisation to work in Australia is required; visa sponsorship will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
