TL;DR
Liquidity & Funding Lead (Web3, Mandarin-speaking) (Treasury): Managing group-wide liquidity, cash forecasting, funding strategies, and treasury risk controls in a fintech and blockchain environment with an accent on multi-entity cash management, capital planning, and regulatory compliance. Focus on designing stress-testing scenarios, optimizing funding structures, and improving treasury systems and reporting.

What you will do
- Lead daily monitoring of cash and liquidity across entities and currencies.
- Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts and maintain liquidity risk metrics, limits, and stress-testing scenarios.
- Develop funding strategies and manage credit facilities, intercompany loans, and external funding arrangements.
- Support balance sheet and capital structure planning with Finance and Risk.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, governance frameworks, and applicable regulatory liquidity requirements.
- Deliver liquidity reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analysis for senior management, the Board, and ALCO while improving treasury systems and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in treasury, liquidity, or cash management, preferably in banking, payments, fintech, or crypto.
- Strong knowledge of liquidity risk metrics, cash forecasting, and banking operations.
- Proficiency with treasury systems, ERP software, and advanced Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with safeguarding-funds requirements and VASP compliance is desirable.
- Mandarin-speaking and able to work on-site in Taipei. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, governance, and process-improvement skills are required.
