What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s social media channels and maintain a consistent, professional brand presence.
• Capture, shoot, edit, and publish day-to-day video and static content using phones, cameras, and modern editing tools.
• Manage storyboards, scripts, design elements, and editing workflows with external production contractors.
• Build and nurture the online community by managing comments, direct messages, and conversations.
• Use social channels to support lead generation, website traffic, brand growth, and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Track platform trends, report performance and insights, and ensure content meets responsible lending and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing and growing social media channels for brands.
• Strong hands-on experience creating, shooting, and editing high-quality video and static content independently.
• Experience managing high-fidelity content production through scripting, storyboarding, design coordination, and external contractors.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Meta ecosystems, including algorithms, audience behaviour, trends, and content formats.
• Experience reporting engagement, growth, and commercial performance to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and profiles in a fast-paced, high-volume publishing environment.
