What you will do
- Ensure the timely and proper supply of products and services for a regional customer portfolio.
- Act as the focal point for customer material-management topics.
- Escalate material-management issues to the relevant focal points.
- Prepare sales quotes for spare parts and repair services.
- Maintain physical and financial documentation workflows.
- Manage warranty claims and coordinate related customer-service activities.
Requirements
- Experience in the aeronautical industry.
- Degree in logistics, foreign trade, or a related field.
- English proficiency is tested during the process.
- Spanish is required.
- Understanding of financial and logistics flows and customer service.
- Teamwork, customer orientation, organization, and self-motivation.
