Project Manager, Content Operations (Localization)

Location: Hong Kong

Type: 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a full-time permanent role.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end localization process across multiple projects, from planning through release.
• Build and maintain timelines, milestones, schedules, trackers, status updates, and project documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, IP partners, developers, and other external stakeholders.
• Manage translation, review, implementation, quality assurance, approvals, and release readiness workflows.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating issues to keep projects on track.
• Develop scalable localization processes, templates, and workflows while handling ad hoc content operations tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, project management, linguistics, translation/localization, international studies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the IT services or gaming industry.
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and workflows, including Notion and Asana.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
