What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end site payment process for clinical studies in Brazil from study start-up through closeout.
  • Set up study country fee templates, site fee schedules, and site payee records.
  • Act as the primary contact for sites regarding payments and client requirements.
  • Track payment information, generate payment requests, review invoices, and initiate approvals.
  • Prepare or support accrual reporting and maintain accurate payment information in the relevant systems.
  • Manage payment activities related to contract amendments and ensure outstanding invoices and holdbacks are paid before site closeout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Four years of clinical research experience supporting payments in Brazil.
  • Hands-on experience with site payment processes across study start-up, conduct, amendment management, and closeout.
  • Advanced English required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate and understand both languages.
