Focus on standardizing global project and commissioning processes, improving predictability and field productivity, and developing cross-functional Project Management and Commissioning teams.

What you will do
- Lead the global project management organization for Food & Beverage systems projects across the complete lifecycle, from order handoff through customer acceptance.
- Establish standardized project management processes, governance, stage gates, performance metrics, and Business System practices.
- Lead global commissioning activities, including startup, testing, commissioning readiness reviews, and customer acceptance.
- Own project planning, resource allocation, schedules, cost control, customer communication, risk registers, mitigation plans, and executive escalation.
- Drive first-time-right execution, cycle-time reduction, field productivity, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop global Project Managers and Commissioning Engineers while partnering with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Successful leadership experience in project management, systems engineering, capital projects, or industrial process systems.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional, and diverse teams.
- Strong project financial management, risk management, contract management, and change control experience.
- Experience driving operational excellence and process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Business System, or similar methods.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or MBA in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Process Industries, or engineered systems environments.
