Salary: $100,000–$300,000 per year plus equity
Company
is partnering with an early-stage Web3 infrastructure client building cross-chain FX and settlement technology for seamless value transfer across blockchain networks.
What you will do
- Design and build core cross-chain settlement infrastructure.
- Shape the protocol architecture and make key technical decisions.
- Ship production-grade code across the technology stack.
- Work directly with the founders to define the technical roadmap.
- Own development of the core platform from architecture through production.
Requirements
- Strong background in blockchain, distributed systems, or protocol engineering.
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade Web3 applications.
- Strong proficiency in Rust systems programming or a smart contract programming language.
- Comfort working in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
- Ability to own problems from architecture through production.
