AEO/GEO Growth Specialist (AI): Building a dedicated growth channel that improves Higgsfield's visibility and product representation across LLMs with an accent on user intent, source intelligence, content narratives, and measurement. Focus on reverse-engineering retrieval behavior, designing experiments, connecting citations to revenue, and automating workflows as AI systems evolve.
Location: On-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do
- Analyze how Higgsfield and competitors appear across AI assistants and identify visibility gaps.
- Map user intent, AI product queries, and use cases with growth potential.
- Research which websites, communities, creators, and content sources different LLMs trust and retrieve.
- Shape online content and narratives describing Higgsfield products, capabilities, and category.
- Connect visibility, citations, traffic, conversion, and revenue to measure impact.
- Run experiments with new sources, formats, tools, automations, and retrieval behaviors.
Requirements
- Highly analytical approach with the ability to turn observations into hypotheses and experiments.
- Technical curiosity and independence when learning new tools, systems, and data.
- Experience building or automating workflows, even on a small scale.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify patterns and separate signal from noise.
- Comfort using data to make decisions, with strong English for content-related work.
- High ownership, autonomy, and readiness to work without an established playbook.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, search, or technical SEO.
- Experience with analytics, search, automation, or AI tools.
- Strong understanding of the generative AI ecosystem.
- Experience in growth, analytics, content, SEO, engineering, automation, or similar areas.
