What you will do
- Write content for releases, features, and updates across blogs, guides, and newsletters.
- Translate complex product context into accessible, user-friendly language.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, product, and marketing teams.
- Define and maintain the brand voice and tone across all communications.
Requirements
- English: C1+ proficiency required.
- Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Russian.
- Ability to write for diverse audiences with a focus on structure and rhythm.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with weekly release cycles.
Nice to have
- Experience writing for tech, SaaS, or AI products.
- Background in product documentation or technical writing.
- Familiarity with the GenAI landscape and creator tools.
- Experience working directly alongside product teams.
