Senior Finance Data Analyst – Pigment Lead, AI & BI

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with remote Fridays

What you will do

• Own the rollout, configuration, integrations, upkeep, and strategic roadmap of the Pigment platform.
• Design and implement budgeting workflows, calendars, and contributor governance with FP&A.
• Develop Pigment use cases for the Accounting close process and establish financial data governance, controls, and change management.
• Lead finance data, self-service analytics, reconciliation automation, variance analysis, and AI agent initiatives.
• Scope and contribute to Finance dashboards while maintaining consistent metrics across Pigment, BI, and reporting.
• Create documentation and training materials, support users, and mentor a junior analyst or intern.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Finance Data, FP&A, or Finance Systems roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment or a similar EPM platform such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or Hyperion.
• Experience internalizing a tool previously managed by an external service provider.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to work with FP&A, Accounting, and Data/IT stakeholders and structure Finance data governance.
• Fluent French and English required.

• Experience with accounting close processes.
• Previous mentoring experience with a junior analyst, intern, or apprentice.
