Software QA Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Create and evolve the QA strategy for the product area.
• Own quality and testing metrics and oversee QA activities for major product features.
• Coordinate testing between QA, product, development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead test-plan and test-case development and execute testing for critical features throughout the SDLC.
• Guide QA team members in testing best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate on complex defect resolution and continuously improve QA processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior success in software testing and/or test automation, with demonstrable QA engineering experience.
• In-depth knowledge of QA processes, test automation, and software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of testing methodologies.
• Experience leading complex testing efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English, verbal and written.
