hirify.global provides maintenance services for industrial process facilities, including HVAC/R system operation and maintenance in the Majnoon Process Area.

What you will do

• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, repair, and commission industrial HVAC/R systems, including IPAC, fresh air units, VRF/VRV systems, and split air conditioners.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance while responding to breakdowns and prioritizing high-volume work orders.
• Diagnose complex faults in inverter-driven electronics, digital communication lines, BLDC motors, compressor drive boards, sensors, and control components.
• Download, upload, and troubleshoot PLC programs for Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, and Allen-Bradley systems.
• Perform refrigerant circuit work, brazing, nitrogen pressure leak testing, vacuuming, flushing, charging, piping modifications, and equipment replacement.
• Test, calibrate, and optimize compressors, evaporators, condensers, blowers, dampers, ducts, controls, and air-filtration systems.

Requirements

• University degree in a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of HVAC and air-conditioning experience in a large industrial plant, preferably in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer industry.
• Advanced understanding of air-conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Certified HVAC specialization in advanced VRF/VRV technology and proficiency in reading schematics and work plans.
• Intermediate English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of HVAC tools and materials, welding and soldering techniques, PTW systems, oil-field work practices, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and routine reporting.
