TL;DR
Data Analyst (SQL/Tableau): Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing user acquisition and behavior data while developing and optimizing interactive Tableau dashboards with an accent on product metrics, web analytics, and data quality. Focus on identifying root causes of anomalies, evaluating trends and A/B test results, and documenting analytical workflows for business decision-making.

What you will do
- Collect, clean, and analyze user acquisition and behavior data.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards in Tableau.
- Monitor data quality and identify the root causes of anomalies and discrepancies.
- Perform ad hoc analytics to support business decisions.
- Document data processing logic, metric definitions, and analytical workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, aggregation, joins, and window functions.
- Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
- Understanding of product and web traffic metrics, including retention, LTV, CAC, CR, ROI, and churn.
- Basic statistics knowledge for data analysis and trend identification.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ClickHouse and large datasets.
- Experience with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar product and web analytics tools.
- Experience conducting and evaluating A/B tests.
- Basic Python knowledge for automating data processing.
