is a fast-growing fintech startup building AI agents for debt-collection conversations at banks, lenders, and collection agencies.
What you will do
- Review AI-agent call flows, scripts, negotiation logic, cadence, settlement ranges, cure-rate assumptions, and escalation paths.
- Validate collection practices against real-world bank, DCA, servicer, BPO, and contact-centre operations in the Netherlands.
- Stress-test disputes, renegotiations, hardship cases, repeat promises-to-pay, and regulatory triggers.
- Identify potential compliance risks under British consumer-protection rules.
- Advise on tone, channel mix, and acceptable contact-frequency norms in the Netherlands.
- Join periodic calls or asynchronous reviews with product, engineering, and AI teams and share anonymized examples, scripts, and playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of debt-collection leadership or operational experience.
- Current or recent experience within the last two years at a bank, DCA, servicer, or BPO.
- Experience as a manager, team lead, head, director, or VP in collections.
- Practical knowledge of Netherlands debt-collection practices and local compliance nuances.
- Availability to work remotely from the Netherlands, with approximately 5–20 hours per month.
