Team Lead Marketing (Deftech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the marketing strategy for Ukraine in alignment with business objectives and global priorities.
• Lead and develop the local marketing function, including goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Drive brand awareness, market positioning, events, campaigns, communications, and brand assets.
• Lead employer branding initiatives with Talent Acquisition and People teams to attract talent.
• Coordinate with the Global Strategic Communications Team and contribute Ukrainian marketing innovations to the global approach.
• Manage marketing budgets, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize investments using performance data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2G marketing, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience building and executing marketing strategies in the deftech or miltech sector.
• Strong expertise in brand management, events, communications, and marketing team leadership.
• Experience managing agencies and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in international and matrix organizations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, project management, organizational, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English and location in Kyiv are required.
