Product Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze product and operational data, primarily from Customer Service, to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards for Operations teams.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Customer Service, Risk, and other teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Identify ways to improve processes, productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Design and measure experiments and process changes, investigate anomalies, and identify root causes and data-quality gaps.
• Communicate complex analyses and actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Python skills are required.
• Solid foundation in statistics and mathematics.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar tools.
• Experience with product and operational KPIs, customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, conversion, retention, or productivity metrics.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• SQL skills.
• Experience in Product, Business, Operations, or Data Analytics.
• Experience working with KPI monitoring, experimentation, or process improvement.
