TL;DR
Head of SEO & Growth (AI/SaaS): Building Demilked’s organic growth strategy and SEO-led content systems for an AI/SaaS creator-economy platform with an accent on commercial search, affiliate revenue, and technical SEO/AEO. Focus on growing qualified traffic, developing AI-search workflows, prioritizing high-impact investments, and partnering with content, affiliate, social, and engineering teams.

Location: Lithuania, hybrid

Salary: Starting from €4,500 gross/month, plus possible stock options.

What you will do

  • Build and execute Demilked’s SEO, AI-search, and organic growth strategy from the ground up.
  • Grow rankings for commercial and affiliate-intent keywords and connect organic performance with revenue and referred sales.
  • Turn keyword, audience, and competitor insights into content opportunities with content, affiliate, and social teams.
  • Own the technical SEO/AEO roadmap, including page speed, rendering, accessibility, and site architecture in partnership with engineering.
  • Identify linkable assets such as tools, calculators, templates, and other useful resources.
  • Analyze performance, set priorities and budgets, test growth initiatives, and build the processes and AI workflows required to scale organic traffic.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of technical, on-page, off-site, and GEO/AEO SEO.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, AI tools, and automation solutions.
  • Experience growing an affiliate, comparison, commerce, or content site to meaningful traffic.
  • Strong analytical thinking, proactive decision-making, and accountability for revenue and converting traffic.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and move quickly through testing.

  • A proven case study of driving organic traffic growth for an affiliate, media, comparison, or commerce-driven website.
