TL;DR
IAM Security Engineer (Fintech): Managing and automating identity and access management systems for a global payments platform with an accent on SCIM provisioning, access review workflows, and security infrastructure. What you will do

  • Stabilize and own the IAM request queue, establishing baselines for resolution as the company scales.
  • Build and maintain SCIM auto-provisioning flows for day-one account setup across SaaS tools.
  • Design and execute IAM enrollment improvements, including Mac/Windows enrollment and Okta rollout.
  • Partner with GRC to run automated access reviews and maintain data pipelines for access certification.
  • Manage technical debt and risk through JIT/PAM initiatives and least-privilege evidence collection.
  • Remove identity and provisioning load from the Workplace Technology team.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping identity or access management systems in production environments.
  • Proficiency with IDPs like Okta, SCIM provisioning, and access review workflows.
  • Ability to build automation using Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • Experience integrating tools like Tines, Okta, and cloud IAM services.
  • Strong operational ownership and ability to prioritize tasks in an ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across non-engineering functions like GRC, People, and Compliance.
