IT Engineer (Platform & Automation)

What you will do

• Own and extend provisioning, helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding workflows.
• Manage employee identity, access, role-based permissions, access reviews, and least-privilege models across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML, and the SaaS ecosystem.
• Own the Mac fleet in Kandji, Cloudflare WARP controls, endpoint compliance, and SaaS security operations.
• Manage SaaS procurement, licenses, vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization.
• Support IT tooling for healthcare clinics and automate permissions and support processes for healthcare professionals.
• Drive international expansion, acquired-entity integration, audit remediation, and measurable reductions in manual IT work.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in IT engineering, platform, systems, or corporate engineering with ownership of production-facing systems.
• Depth in at least one area such as platform and automation, identity, endpoint, or security, plus demonstrated range beyond it.
• Comfort writing Python, working with APIs, and contributing pull requests to shared repositories.
• Structured problem-solving, ownership, autonomy, pragmatic judgment, written communication, and strong documentation habits.
• Experience or comfort working with regulated environments, including health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, or HDS.
• Fluent English and professional French required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta Workflows, Rippling, Workato, or a similar internal provisioning platform.
• Kandji or another MDM at scale; Cloudflare Zero Trust, WARP, or Datadog.
• ISO 27001, SOC 2, or HDS audit remediation experience.
• Multi-country rollouts, post-acquisition IT integration, or healthtech experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading a small crew.
