What you will do
- Develop and oversee comprehensive testing plans for software quality and performance.
- Lead and coordinate testing teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Manage test execution, reporting, and defect tracking to support timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and quality standards.
- Improve testing processes and methodologies while ensuring adherence to QA best practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proven experience leading test teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Communicative English and proficient French or higher are required.
- Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
- Ability to coordinate testing activities in a hybrid work environment.
Nice to have
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- Experience with automation testing tools.
