Focus on translating complex trading, technology, market, and regulatory topics into clear communications while advising senior leaders and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

What you will do
- Own the EMEA communications plan and translate global positioning into locally relevant regional messaging.
- Lead internal communications covering employee updates, leadership messages, town halls, change communications, culture storytelling, and regional initiatives.
- Support senior leaders with talking points, Q&As, written messages, presentation narratives, and employee-facing materials.
- Develop external narratives, thought leadership content, event materials, social copy, web content, and media-ready communications.
- Partner with PR agencies and global communications leadership on visibility, reputation support, and issues preparedness.
- Build communications planning, intake, prioritisation, review, and governance processes across EMEA.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal or external communications, executive communications, public relations, thought leadership, or reputation management.
- Strong writing, editing, narrative development, stakeholder management, and executive-support skills.
- Experience advising senior leaders and handling sensitive communications with discretion and sound judgment.
- Experience creating communications plans for internal, external, regional, and executive audiences.
- Ability to explain complex business, technology, market, and regulatory topics clearly and credibly.
- Understanding of regional nuance across EMEA and the ability to balance global consistency with local adaptation.

- Experience in financial services, trading, capital markets, fintech, technology, professional services, or another complex and regulated environment.
